- Use sunscreen on the skin Apply sunscreen every day, including on the neck and other areas that may be exposed to the sun such as ears, face, chest, arms and legs.

- Use a scrub bath on the skin to remove dead skin cells and dirt that clings to the skin dry. Use a special cream or can also use salt or sugar mixed with one or two drops of liquid soap to scrub the skin there was dirt, sunlight, oil, dirt and sweat.
